Doris Wieferich has been an accomplished administrator in the field of education for the past 32 years.  The position requires honesty, integrity, high communication with advanced detail oriented, problem- solving skills.  Today, as a real estate professional, she brings those same skills and talents to a broad spectrum of clients. 

 

Dr. Wieferich holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership.  Doris has been involved in various initiatives and committees including Strategic Planning, curriculum alignment and culture building processes.  She is a committed advocate, focused listener and dedicated problem solver.  Her business approach is successful and direct which leads to fair, honest transactions.  She completed her licensing in 2017 and has joined WestUSA Realty in Surprise, Arizona. 

 

The mother of two adult children, with two beautiful grandchildren, Doris has been in Arizona for over 45 years and is an active member of the community.

I can guide you through the process of selling your home and will negotiate on your behalf to ensure you receive a valuable price. I will track the paperwork, correspond with the buyer’s agent and contract counteroffers, if needed. However, that is only a small glimpse of what I can and will do for you. I will pull comparisons on similar homes in your area to best assist you in pricing your home and will aggressively market it. 

 

I also have access to a special database called the MLS, which allows other real estate agents to find your home through searches. When I upload your listing to MLS, third-party websites, such as Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and so on will populate your listing in their databases. I can also provide specialized and individualized marketing strategies to help sell your home quickly.
